Welcome to Fyza's Kitchen! We strive to provide you with the freshest handcrafted products. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.


Payments, Privacy & Policies

  • Secure Payments: All card information is transmitted via secure SSL encryption and is never stored by us. Your security and confidentiality are our priorities.

  • Data Protection: All personal information provided to us is handled by Fyza’s Kitchen as the data controller. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
  • Amendments: Fyza’s Kitchen reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.


Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Service Area: We ship across the continental USA.

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared fresh in small batches within 1–5 business days (excluding holidays).

  • Shipping: Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (approx. 2–3 business days) for a flat fee of $10. Tracking details will be texted or emailed to you at the method of communication you selected.

  • Tracking and Confirmation: Once your order is placed and payment is processed you will be notified via email or text (depending on the communication method you selected while placing the order). Tracking details of your shipping also be communicated once the order is fulfilled.


Delivery & Returns

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not liable for lost or returned items due to incorrect entries or failure to collect packages.

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please email info@fyzaskitchen.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damaged package.

Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Austin, TX 78738. Orders are typically ready within 2–5 business days, and we will notify you once your order is ready for collection.
